Ingredients
- 2 cups oil
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 7 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 - egg yolks
- 1/4 cup honey, heated
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves (optional)
How To Make greek honey dipped cakes

Step 1Mix all ingredients together. The dough should be just soft enough to roll into small balls and place on cookie sheets. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.

Step 2When cookies are bakes, heat 2 lbs. of honey and 1/2 cup water in saucepan and dip cookies in honey and roll in finely chopped nuts.
