gluten free warm apple cinnamon scones
I've adapted the original recipe to cover my grand daughter's need for gluten free food. I've also tried to minimize the sugar used to cover off the needs of a diabetic member of the family, too! That's why I used an almond coconut blend milk for regular milk. Even skim milk has a high sugar content and using this milk adds a nice flavour to the recipe!
