gluten free orange cream cheese bread
Gluten Free stuff can get really soggy really quickly, so I wouldn't suggest putting any liquid on top. Unless you are getting ready to eat it. However we did NOT put the orange juice over the tops of ours.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 2 cups gluten free baking mix (i used pamela's baking & pancak mix)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
How To Make gluten free orange cream cheese bread

Step 1Combine Cream Cheeseand Butter, creaming well

Step 2Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy

Step 3Add eggs, beating well after each one

Step 4Add flour alternately with orange juice, begining with one cup flour then 1/8 cup orange juice the repeat. Mix well after each addtion.

Step 5Stir in walnuts and orange zest.

Step 6Pour batter into greased pans. I use small individual pans.

Step 7Bake at 350 degreesF for 30 minutes or until wooden toothpick that's inserted into the center comes out clean.
