Ingredients
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground licorice
- 1 3/4 cups dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon anise seeds
How To Make gingerbread

Step 1Heat honey in top of of double boiler, add spices (except anise) and stir to blend

Step 2Add bread crumbs and mix thoroughly

Step 3Cover and cook on medium heat for 15 mintues

Step 4Sprinkle anise seeds on top and press gently into loaf.

Step 5Cover and refrigerate for two hours. Serve at room temperature in thin slices.
