How to Make Gingerbread
- 1Heat honey in top of of double boiler, add spices (except anise) and stir to blend
- 2Add bread crumbs and mix thoroughly
- 3Cover and cook on medium heat for 15 mintues
- 4Sprinkle anise seeds on top and press gently into loaf.
- 5Cover and refrigerate for two hours. Serve at room temperature in thin slices.
