Ingredients
- 2 - eggs,beaten
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanila extract
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa, unsweetened
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- - oil for deep frying
- - "original recipe glaze" follows
- 4 cups sifted confectioner sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 tablespoons milk
- - "chocolate glaze" follows
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon hot water
- FOR THE CHOCOLATE GLAZE- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL AND MICROWAVE FOR 1 MINUTE. STIR, UNTIL MELTED. IF THE GLAZE IS TOO THICK, ADD 1 TSP OF HOT WATER UNTIL GLAZE IS SMOOTH
How To Make giant chocolate cinnamon doughnuts

Step 1In a Mixing Bowl,Beat Eggs. Add Sugar and beat until mixture is thick and lemon colored.Stir in 1/4 cup of Oil and Vanila.

Step 2In another Bowl combine flour,Cocoa,baking powder,cinnamon,salt,and soda.Stir into egg mixture.alternately with Buttermilk.

Step 3Chill. Divide dough in half in the refrigerator.On a light floured board roll to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with a 2-1/2 inch floured doughnut cutter.I had mine in Storage so I Improvised =]Repeat with remaining dough.

Step 4Deep-Fry in Oil heated to 375 degrees for 3min.turning once.Place on Paper towels on top of a cooling rack, Let Cool then glaze in freshly warmed glaze. Top with Sprinkles. Enjoy ;0] Note;I have more Pics however, I can't seem to find them on my computer?? I will upload them at a later time.
