I am always looking for creative ways to use the fresh vegetables as they come out of the garden. This chocolate bread is always a hit and no one ever guesses that there is zucchini in it.

2 1/2 c
ghirardelli chocolate unsweetened cocoa
1 1/4 c
mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
How To Make
Mix all dry ingredients together in bowl.
In separate bowl, cream sugar, margarine, oil, vanilla and eggs. Add dry ingredients.
Mix in buttermilk, pecans, chocolate chips and zucchini.
Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Cook at 325 degrees for approximately 50-60 minutes until toothpick comes out smooth. Remove from pans. Cool and slice.
