How to Make German Potato Doughnuts


  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Roll out fairly thick (about 1").
  3. Cut in 2" or 3" strips
  4. Drop in hot fat and fry until brown. They form interesting shapes as they fry. Roll in powder sugar or cinnamon sugar.
