frozen bread caramel rolls

Adopted recipe. Haven't tried yet.

Ingredients

  • 2 - loaves frozen white bread dough, thawed
  • 4 ounces butterscotch or vanilla pudding mix, not instant
  • 1/2-1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

How To Make frozen bread caramel rolls

  • Step 1
    Break up one loaf in bottom of 9x13 pan.
  • Step 2
    Melt butter and add brown sugar, pudding mix, and cinnamon.
  • Step 3
    Mix all together and pour half over bread.
  • Step 4
    Set second loaf on top, cover and pour remaining mixture over.
  • Step 5
    Let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk, or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Step 6
    When risen, dough should reach the top of the pan.
  • Step 7
    Bake 30 minutes at 350.
