Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup quite ripe bananas (about 3 bananas)
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 - 61/2 inch new clay flowerpot
How To Make flowerpot banana bread

Step 1stir together flour, baking soda and salt.

Step 2in a separate bowl, cream butter, then add sugar, eggs and bananas, blend thoroughly. combine milk and lemon juice.

Step 3to banana mixture, add flour and milk mixture. then stir in nuts.

Step 4using a new 61/2 inch clay flowerpot, prepare as follows: after washing flowerpot, grease and line with wax paper, and grease again. pour mixture into flowerpot and set pot in slow cooker.

Step 5cower with 2-3 paper towels. cover and cook on high setting for 4-5 hours. do not lift lid, even to peep, until last hour.
