Ingredients
- 3-4 - ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 ounces shot of expresso
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch salt
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
How To Make expresso banana bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2in a large mixing bowl mix the banana with the melted butter.

Step 3Mix in the expresso, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt in and mix.

Step 4Add the flour, mix well.

Step 5Pour mixture into a buttered or greased 4x8 loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool and then remove from pan and slice.
