How to Make English Currant Scones
- Mix ingredients together to form a dough, roll out dough to a 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out with a large cookie cutter or in any shape you wish...my mom always cuts hers in triangles.
- Brush the top of the scones with milk and sprinkle sugar on top and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
