I found this recipe in the Taste of Home Magazine.

Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 cup rasins
  • 1/2 cup red and green candied cherries or fruite cake mix that's what i used

How To Make eggnog bread

  • Step 1
    in large bowl ,beat the eggs,sugar,and butter until well blended. in another bowl mix the flour,baking powder and salt; add to the egg mixture alternately with eggnog. beating just enough untill blended. Fold in the nuts rasins and cherries.
  • Step 2
    Transfer to greased 8x4 in.loaf pan Bake at 350 for 60 to 70 minutes cool in pan 10 min.before removing to a wire rack to cool.
