easy-peasy banana bread
The base of this recipe comes from my mother-in-law, Julia Flanagan, but I did add a few variations. THIS RECIPE FREEZES VERY WELL!

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 - very ripe bananas (may be taken from freezer if you save them that way)
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
How To Make easy-peasy banana bread

Step 1Mash up bananas very good with a fork, add eggs and beat with mixer until fluffy.

Step 2Stir in oil, vanilla, cake mix, and nuts.

Step 3Pour into two greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350 for one hours or until golden brown.
