easy-moist-banana bread
This recipe is so easy and VERY moist. You can add nuts, cinnamon, tsp. vanilla, just anything extra and you won't mess it up. Some even add 1/2 cup of chocolate morsels... make it your own..me, I just like it plain. If you make a loaf out of it, add more cooking time. Just make sure it springs back to the touch..

Ingredients
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 - ripe bananas
- - nuts optional-whatever amount you like

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mash the bananas and add the mayo to them...mix dry ingredients and then add to mayo mixture..that's it. You can make muffins (approx. 20 min. cook time) or you can make a loaf..just add more time for the loaf..it is so moist and easy..I hope you enjoy it.
