easy banana nut bread
I found this recipe on the Taste of Home website while looking for an easy banana bread recipe. It's very easy and makes a very moist bread.

Makes 2 - 8 in loaves
Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup mashed banana (about 2 med. ripe bananas)
- 1/2 cup milk, 2% (can substitute skim milk)
- 1/2 cup pecans, in pieces (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Step 1In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, egg and milk. Add bananas; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in pecans.

Step 2Pour into two greased 8-in. x 4-in. loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
