I think Kids would really enjoy these sandwiches , Big kids too such as me . You start with a loaf of Banana Bread, for the Bread, mix honey with Ricotta cheese Or Cream Cheese, Spread on Bread and top with Banana Slices . This Recipe is from Dash Recipes

    ricotta cheese or sub low fat cream cheese

    2 or 3 bananas

How to Make Double Banana Sandwiches


  1. In a small Bowl stir togeather , the ricotta cheese and honey or cream cheese , slice , some of the Banana bread into 6 slices, however thick you may want, but should be the size of a piece of loaf bread. Spread the mixture on 3 slices of the Banana Bread and top with sliced bananas , put the 3 slices of Bread without mixture on top of the Bread with the mixture to make a sandwich, Slice Sandwiches in Half . Great , for a special treat for lunch, maybe add a few slices of Mandrian Oranges in a container too.
