  • 1 1/2 c

    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 c
    salad oil
  • 2 c
    mango, diced
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c

How to Make Deluxe Mango Bread


  1. Sift together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, sugar and salt.
  2. Add the flour mixture to the rest of the ingredients which have been well mixed.
  3. Lightly butter 4 loaf pans (2 1/2 x 5"). Pour in the batter to 3/4 full, and bake for 55 minutes at 350 F.
  4. Cool and serve.
