Banana Pecan Bread

1 stickbutter or margarine, room temperature
1 tspbaking soda
3 largeripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cpecans, in pieces, coarsley chopped
How to Make Banana Pecan Bread
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9"x5" bread pan.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg.
Sift Flour and baking soda together, and add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Fold in bananas, vanilla and pecans.
Pour mixture into pan.
- Bake 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for about 10 minutes.
- Recipe makes 1 loaf so I double mine for 2 loaves.
