Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 small can pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups flour, sifted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make crock pot pumpkin bread

Step 1blend the oil and both of the sugars.

Step 2then stir in the beaten eggs and canned pumpkin. add the remaining dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Step 3pour the batter into a greased or oiled bread pan.

Step 4add 2 cups of water to your crock pot and place the pan into a crock pot.

Step 5cover the top of the crock pot with 8-10 paper towels. this is to trap condensation and keep the bread from becoming mushy.

Step 6place the crock pot lid on top of croak pot and bake on high 2-12 -3 hours.
