Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 medium eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons dark corn syrup
- 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
How To Make crock pot banana bread

Step 1grease and flour a 4-1/2 quart crock pot.

Step 2mix flour, baking powder. salt and baking soda together in a small bowl, set aside.

Step 3cream butter with an electric mixer until fluffy. slowly add sugar, eggs, corn syrup, and mashed bananas. beat until smooth.

Step 4gradually add flour mixture to creamed mixture.

Step 5pour into crock pot, cover and cook on high for 2 hours or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
