cream cheese banana nut bread
This is my go-to-recipe Banana Nut Bread I have been using for years. I have a good friend whose husband won't eat any other, but she sometimes loses the recipe and has to ask me for it. I'm posting it here in JAP so she can find it easier.

Ingredients
- 1 - 8-oz package cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 - ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups packaged biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (i like walnuts)
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate (optional)
How To Make cream cheese banana nut bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Grease and flour 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

Step 3Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Step 4Beat in eggs and banana.

Step 5Stir in biscuit mix just until moistened.

Step 6Stir in nuts and/or chocolate pieces, if desired.

Step 7Pour batter into prepared pan.

Step 8Bake for 60-65 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. If necessary, loosely cover with foil the last 15 minutes of baking to prevent over browning.

Step 9Remove from pan and cool completely.
