cranberry orange zuchinni bread
I love cranberry orange bread, and zuchinni bread so I decided to try and combine them both.. this is it! Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 3 cups peeled, grated, zuchinni
- 3 cups healthy heart bisquick
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
How To Make cranberry orange zuchinni bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 325* In a mixing bowl, combine first 7 ingredients and mix well.

Step 2fold in zuchinni, and add bisquick a little at a time stirring well. Fold in cranberries and walnuts last.

Step 3Place mixture into 2 loaf pans, and bake approx. 45 min. to 1 hour.. depending on your oven.. toothpick in the middle should come out clean... Enjoy!!
