Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
- 1 1/2 cups cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
How To Make cranberry orange loaf

Step 1First bowl: Combine butter, sugar and egg. Beat until smooth. Stir in juice.

Step 2Second bowl: Measure dry ingredients. Stir in orange rind, cranberries and nuts. Add to batter, stirring just until moistened.

Step 3Put into a greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Step 5Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes, then remove from pan. Cool completely.
