A great bread, that my Mom use to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup 100% orange juice
  • 1/2 cup squeeze parkay margarine
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup cranberries,coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

How To Make cranberry orange bread

  • Step 1
    Combine dry ingredients; add juice,margarine and eggs. Mix just until moistened. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
