- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
- 1 cup chopped cranberries
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
How To Make cranberry-nut bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Mix sugar, oil, milk, egg and vanilla together. Add flour and orange rind, blending well. Pour in cranberries and nuts. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Pour in batter and bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
