    egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 c
    self-rising flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated orange rind
  • 1 c
    chopped cranberries
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, chopped

How to Make Cranberry-Nut Bread


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix sugar, oil, milk, egg and vanilla together. Add flour and orange rind, blending well. Pour in cranberries and nuts. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Pour in batter and bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Wrap it up add a bow and you have a lovely tasty gift!
