How to Make Cranberry Bread
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan.
- Cut shortening into flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and peel. Add water to juice to measure 3/4 cup; blend in cheese and egg.
- Gold in cranberries and nuts. Bake in prepared pan 60 - 70 minutes. Let loaf stand 8 hours before serving.
