15 ozcreamed corn
4 boxsmall jiffy boxes
How to Make Cornbread Using Jiffy
- Mix wet ingredients and add Jiffy mix and blend well.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes in a 9x13 greased pan. Test doneness with a toothpick in the center.
- Let cool for 20 minutes. Slice and serve warm.
- Note: it may be necessary to remove some of the batter before baking. Mine overflowed in the oven.
