Ingredients For cornbread using jiffy

  • 3/4 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 6
    eggs
  • 15 oz
    creamed corn
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 4 box
    small jiffy boxes

How To Make cornbread using jiffy

    Mix wet ingredients and add Jiffy mix and blend well.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes in a 9x13 greased pan. Test doneness with a toothpick in the center.

    Let cool for 20 minutes. Slice and serve warm.
  • 4
    Note: it may be necessary to remove some of the batter before baking. Mine overflowed in the oven.
