How to Make Cornbread Using Jiffy

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix wet ingredients and add Jiffy mix and blend well.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes in a 9x13 greased pan. Test doneness with a toothpick in the center.
  3. Let cool for 20 minutes. Slice and serve warm.
  4. Note: it may be necessary to remove some of the batter before baking. Mine overflowed in the oven.
