3/4 cbutter, room temperature

16 ozsour cream

6eggs
-
15 ozcreamed corn

1/4 csugar

4 boxsmall jiffy boxes
How To Make cornbread using jiffy

1Mix wet ingredients and add Jiffy mix and blend well.

2Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes in a 9x13 greased pan. Test doneness with a toothpick in the center.

3Let cool for 20 minutes. Slice and serve warm.

4Note: it may be necessary to remove some of the batter before baking. Mine overflowed in the oven.
