Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 6 - eggs
- 15 ounces creamed corn
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 boxes small jiffy boxes
How To Make cornbread using jiffy

Step 1Mix wet ingredients and add Jiffy mix and blend well.

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes in a 9x13 greased pan. Test doneness with a toothpick in the center.

Step 3Let cool for 20 minutes. Slice and serve warm.

Step 4Note: it may be necessary to remove some of the batter before baking. Mine overflowed in the oven.
