Ingredients For coconut rum french toast

  • white bread ( not too thin or not too thick, a buttertop white)
  • 2 Tbsp
    coconut rum
  • 3
    eggs beaten
  • 1 c
    milk chocolate
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 1-1.5 Tbsp
    turbinado sugar ( sugar in the raw)

How To Make coconut rum french toast

    Mix ingredients Heat and grease griddle with oil Submerge bread into egg mixture Place bread on skillet, sprinkle a little more of the sugar onto each slice of bread cook on each side until brown

    Optional: coat with coconut flakes!
