white bread ( not too thin or not too thick, a buttertop white)

2 Tbspcoconut rum

3eggs beaten
-
1 cmilk chocolate

pinch of kosher salt

1-1.5 Tbspturbinado sugar ( sugar in the raw)
How To Make coconut rum french toast

1Mix ingredients Heat and grease griddle with oil Submerge bread into egg mixture Place bread on skillet, sprinkle a little more of the sugar onto each slice of bread cook on each side until brown

2Optional: coat with coconut flakes!
