  • - white bread ( not too thin or not too thick, a buttertop white)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut rum
  • 3 - eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk chocolate
  • - pinch of kosher salt
  • 1-1.5 tablespoon turbinado sugar ( sugar in the raw)

How To Make coconut rum french toast

  • Step 1
    Mix ingredients Heat and grease griddle with oil Submerge bread into egg mixture Place bread on skillet, sprinkle a little more of the sugar onto each slice of bread cook on each side until brown
  • Step 2
    Optional: coat with coconut flakes!
