Ingredients

white bread ( not too thin or not too thick, a buttertop white)
2 Tbsp
coconut rum
3
eggs beaten
1 c
milk chocolate
pinch of kosher salt
1-1.5 Tbsp
turbinado sugar ( sugar in the raw)

How to Make Coconut Rum french toast

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix ingredients
    Heat and grease griddle with oil
    Submerge bread into egg mixture
    Place bread on skillet, sprinkle a little more of the sugar onto each slice of bread
    cook on each side until brown
  • 2Optional: coat with coconut flakes!
