Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 8 ounces can crushed pineapple with juice
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 2/3 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 1/3 cup milk
How To Make coconut pineapple bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 Grease two loaf pans and line with wax paper. Mix egg, sugar and margarine.

Step 2Stir in almond extract and pineapple. Add rest of ingredients and mix. (Add milk, a little at a time, while mixing.)

Step 3Divide batter between the two prepared pans and bake for 45 minutes. Cool & eat!
