How to Make Coconut Pineapple Bread
- 1Preheat oven to 375
Grease two loaf pans and line with wax paper.
Mix egg, sugar and margarine.
- 2Stir in almond extract and pineapple.
Add rest of ingredients and mix.
(Add milk, a little at a time, while mixing.)
- 3Divide batter between the two prepared pans and bake for 45 minutes. Cool & eat!
