cinnamon swirl banana bread
I came up with these this morning and it makes two big loaves and so after they cooled a little I spread some honey butter across a slice. Mercy Me! 8)

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk, 2% (can use what ever you normally use)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 cup sugar cinnamon mixture
- 3 small banana's
How To Make cinnamon swirl banana bread

Step 1Preheat your oven to 350. Mix up all your ingredients in a standard mixing bowl, except the cinnamon/sugar mixture.

Step 2Grease two glass 9 inch loaf pans. Fill each pan 2/3's of the way full. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon/sugar mixture over the top of each batter. Take a knife and swirl the mixture through out the batter.

Step 3Bake for 45-50 minutes or until breads in center are baked. *option- When the breads come out of oven sprinkle powdered sugar over tops of each bread. *Option- You can add nuts to these. I added fresh walnuts from my own trees, sooo good! Enjoy! 8)
