Ingredients For cinnamon streusel pumpkin bread

1 1/2 cflour

3/4 csugar

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt

1 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspnutmeg
-
1/4 tspground ginger
-
1/4 tspground cloves
-
1/4 coil
-
1 cpumpkin puree
-
2eggs
-
1 tspvanilla extract
- STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/2 cflour
-
1/2 csugar
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1/4 cbutter, cold and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
How To Make cinnamon streusel pumpkin bread

1Preheat oven to 350.

2In a medium bowl stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves until well blended.

3In another bowl beat the eggs with the sugar, oil and pumpkin until smooth.

4Pour in the flour mixture and beat until smooth.

5Spray 3 mini loaf pans with cooking spray and evenly distribute the dough between them.

6For the streusel topping mix the flour, sugar and cinnamon with a fork.

7Add the butter and using a fork, pastry blender or your fingers crumble the butter into the sugar mixture until you have a crumbly looking mixture.

8Pour evenly over the 3 pans of pumpkin bread dough and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

9Allow to cool in pans for a few minutes then remove to a cooling rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
