Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- STREUSEL TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, cold and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
How To Make cinnamon streusel pumpkin bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2In a medium bowl stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves until well blended.

Step 3In another bowl beat the eggs with the sugar, oil and pumpkin until smooth.

Step 4Pour in the flour mixture and beat until smooth.

Step 5Spray 3 mini loaf pans with cooking spray and evenly distribute the dough between them.

Step 6For the streusel topping mix the flour, sugar and cinnamon with a fork.

Step 7Add the butter and using a fork, pastry blender or your fingers crumble the butter into the sugar mixture until you have a crumbly looking mixture.

Step 8Pour evenly over the 3 pans of pumpkin bread dough and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step 9Allow to cool in pans for a few minutes then remove to a cooling rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
