cinnamon raisin bread for the bread machine
I have tried many Cinnamon/Raisin Bread recipes and none have come out as good as the one I finally created myself. This Is not my photo but looks almost as good as the one I baked before I ate it! ENJOY!

1 .5 pound loaf
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 package yeast + 1/2 teaspoon more (i used quick rise)
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup corn syrup (i used light)
How To Make cinnamon raisin bread for the bread machine

Step 1Add all the ingredients in order given EXCEPT the oil, raisins and cinnamon. I sprayed my pan with non-stick spray because my pan has a habit of sticking.

Step 2Mix the oil and cinnamon very well.

Step 3Add the cinnamon mixture and the raisins AFTER the second kneading in the machine. I did not add the ingredients after the "add in" beep. I waited until after the second knead. The third knead mixed it nicely and it had a nice swirl of cinnamon in it.

Step 4Bake on the "Sweet Bread" setting.
