Cinnamon Raisin Bread for the Bread Machine



I have tried many Cinnamon/Raisin Bread recipes and none have come out as good as the one I finally created myself. This Is not my photo but looks almost as good as the one I baked before I ate it! ENJOY!

vegetable oil
1 pkg
yeast + 1/2 teaspoon more (i used quick rise)
3/4 c
1/2 c
corn syrup (i used light)

How to Make Cinnamon Raisin Bread for the Bread Machine


  • 1Add all the ingredients in order given EXCEPT the oil, raisins and cinnamon. I sprayed my pan with non-stick spray because my pan has a habit of sticking.
  • 2Mix the oil and cinnamon very well.
  • 3Add the cinnamon mixture and the raisins AFTER the second kneading in the machine. I did not add the ingredients after the "add in" beep. I waited until after the second knead. The third knead mixed it nicely and it had a nice swirl of cinnamon in it.
  • 4Bake on the "Sweet Bread" setting.
