I have tried many Cinnamon/Raisin Bread recipes and none have come out as good as the one I finally created myself. This Is not my photo but looks almost as good as the one I baked before I ate it! ENJOY!

Ingredients For cinnamon raisin bread for the bread machine
1 1/2 tsp
yeast + 1/2 teaspoon more (i used quick rise)
corn syrup (i used light)
How To Make cinnamon raisin bread for the bread machine
Add all the ingredients in order given EXCEPT the oil, raisins and cinnamon. I sprayed my pan with non-stick spray because my pan has a habit of sticking.
Mix the oil and cinnamon very well.
Add the cinnamon mixture and the raisins AFTER the second kneading in the machine. I did not add the ingredients after the "add in" beep. I waited until after the second knead. The third knead mixed it nicely and it had a nice swirl of cinnamon in it.
Bake on the "Sweet Bread" setting.
