In a large plastic food storage bag, mix white sugar and cinnamon. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Shake biscuit pieces in bag to coat. Arrange in pan. Mix brown sugar and butter; pour over biscuit pieces.
Bake 28 - 32 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan 5-10 minutes. Turn upside onto serving platter; pull apart to serve. Serve warm.
