I use the splenda brown & regular in place of the sugars.

Ingredients

1/2 cbutter, room temperature

2eggs
-
1 csour cream
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
2 tspvanilla extract

1 csugar
-
2 cflour
-
1/2 tspbaking soda
-
1dash of salt
-
CINNAMON MIXTURE
-
3 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1dash of all spice
How to Make Cinnamon Loaf
- Mix the first nine ingredients.
- Spread half the batter into a greased & floured large loaf pan. Sprinkle 1/2 the cinnamon mixture on the batter. Cover with the remaining batter.
- Swirl a knife through the mixture. Top with the remaining cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
