"cinn-ful" butter pecan cobbler
This is such a quick and easy dessert to prepare - and smells amazing while baking in the oven. The glaze is absolutely indulgent! Rich butter pecan flavor with cinnamon. Almost everyone has the ingredients in their kitchen right now... so you can enjoy this any time!

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- COBBLER BATTER:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- GLAZE:
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup hot water
How To Make "cinn-ful" butter pecan cobbler

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2In a 9X9 baking dish add butter. Place in oven.

Step 3While butter is melting, mix ingredients for cobbler batter in a medium bowl until smooth.

Step 4Remove pan from oven and sprinkle pecan pieces over butter.

Step 5Carefully pour cobbler batter over butter and pecans.

Step 6Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over cobbler batter.

Step 7Carefully pour hot water over brown sugar and cinnamon.

Step 8Place back into oven and bake 35 to 45 minutes until cobbler batter is cooked. The glaze underneath will be thin.

Step 9Remove from oven and allow to sit until warm about 20 to 30 minutes - the glaze will thicken as it sits. Enjoy! This would also be good served with ice cream. (:
