Ingredients
- 2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 2 - large eggs
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 cup apple cider
- 4 1/2 cups ap flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup walnut pieces
How To Make cider pumpkin bread

Step 1combine first 5 ingredients with a whisk until well blended.

Step 2whisk together dry ingredients in a seperate bowl.

Step 3Add dry to wet and mix until moistened. Do not overmix!

Step 4Stir in raisins and walnuts.

Step 5Pour evenly into 2 greased loaf pans.

Step 6Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 7Cool, remove from pan, slice and enjoy. It's nice to keep one and gift the other!
