  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 stick
    butter, softened
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3
    ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 c
    milk or cream
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 c
    peanut butter chips

How to Make Ciao Bella Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Greas a 9" X 5" loaf pan; set aside.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until smooth, beat in eggs and vanilla. Add mashed bananas, peanut butter and milk and mix well.
  3. Add flour, baking soda and salt just until combined. Fold in the peanut butter chips.
  4. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until toothpick insterted in the center comes out clean. Tansfer to wire rack to cool completely.
