chuck wagon pecan bread
This recipe is over 100 years old and comes from a cook who served it to cowhands on lengthy cattle drives who moved cattle along the Pecos River in Texas. It was originally prepared by campfire, but the instructions have been updated for modern baking. But the ingredients are as originally written over a century ago.
