    chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c
    melted lard

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan; set aside.

    Combine all ingredients and stir well. Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
