christmas caramel rolls
My mom makes this for us every Christmas morning. No matter what else is on the menu, there will always be caramel rolls.

1 bundt pan
Ingredients
- 2 - loaves frozen bread dough, thawed, cut into appx 64 pieces
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons karo syrup
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup pecans (optional)
How To Make christmas caramel rolls

Step 1Boil all ingredients (besides dough & pecans) together for 2 minutes. Pour 1/2 the caramel mixture into a greased bundt pan. Add the pecans (if desired)

Step 2Layer dough pieces over mixture. Pour remaining mixture over dough. Cover with wax paper & refrigerate overnight.

Step 3After dough has raised, bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Cover with foil at least the last 15 minutes -- earlier if the top is getting too dark.

Step 4Invert onto a serving platter and remove pan. Enjoy!
