- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Dutch process cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (reserve 1/4 cup for the top)
How To Make chocolate zucchini bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9×5-inch metal loaf pan.

Step 2Whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.

Step 3In a large bowl, mix the shredded zucchini, granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Step 4Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir just until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Step 5Pour the batter into the prepared pan and top with the 1/4 cup of reserved chocolate chips.
