chocolate zucchini bread
My family and I love sweet breads. We grow so much zucchini in the summer, so we love making breads, muffins, cakes, etc, with it. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups zucchini grated
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- *TOPPING*
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make chocolate zucchini bread

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray or butter a 9" bread pan. Mix topping ingredients and set aside.

Step 2Sift together the flour, salt, baking soda and cocoa powder. Set aside.

Step 3In a separate bowl beat eggs, sugars and oil until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and sour cream. Once well combined stir in grated zucchini.

Step 4Add flour mixture to wet mixture until well combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips.

Step 5Pour mixture in bread pan and sprinkle topping on mixture. Bake in oven for 45 min. Let cool in pan 5-10 min before you take out the bread to cool on wire rack. Enjoy! Bread can be served warm as well. Eat it on it own or top with some ice cream, jam or butter!
