chocolate peanut butter banana bread
This recipe is from The Kitchen on Food Network. It sounded very easy and different from the Banana Bread I usually make. TO MAKE INTO BANANA BREAD BISCOTTI You can omit the glaze on one loaf, using a serrated knife, slice the plain loaf widthwise then slice into 1/2 inch pieces. Lightly brush one side of each slice with honey (about 1/4 cup total) and place on a cooking rack. Bake until golden and crispy, about 30 minutes. Allow too cool on the rack 10 minutes.
