chocolate chip pumpkin bread
I know this sounds like a crazy combination. But it is so good and moist. My father in law loves it. He is quite disappointed if I show up at his house without one in hand. I always make several and send home with those attending our Thanksgiving dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 cup vegetable oil (do not use any other oil)
- 1 can 15-16 oz. pumpkin
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 3-1/3 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips

Step 1Combine in large mixing bowl the eggs, water, vegetable oil, pumpkin and the sugar. Set aside.

Step 2Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add by cupful(s) to the wet ingredients. Add the chocolate chips last. Pour into greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
