all-purpose flour

ground cinnamon

salt

baking soda

canned pumpkin

semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c
waltnuts

How to Make Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
  • 2In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
  • 3Pour into 2 greased 8x4x2" loaf pans. Bake at 350* for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • 4Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
