Ingredients

  • 3 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 c
    semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c
    waltnuts

How to Make Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
  3. Pour into 2 greased 8x4x2" loaf pans. Bake at 350* for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  4. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
