Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups zucchini shredded
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
How To Make choco zucchini tea cake

Step 1Mix together eggs, oil, sugars, zucchini, and vanilla until well blended.

Step 2Pre-heat oven to 325

Step 3sift together all dry ingedients.

Step 4Slowly add dry ingredients with egg and zucchini mix and beat together until it is a smooth batter.

Step 5Pour batter evenly into foil bread pans. I find that the glass ones the cake tends to burn.

Step 6Bake for 1 hour or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
