Love me a good loaf of bread, banana, strawberry, peanut butter...Ma had this one listed from one of her friends, so it sounded interesting. Heck, I love carrot cake, bet this bread is pretty good!

Mix sugar and oil. Sift in dry ingredients. Add eggs, beat well, then add carrots. Bake in long bread tin at 375 degrees for about 55 min.
