- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour

Step 1Mix sugar and oil. Sift in dry ingredients. Add eggs, beat well, then add carrots. Bake in long bread tin at 375 degrees for about 55 min.
