How to Make Carrot Bread
- Sift together flour,, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon
- Combine in separate mixing bowl, oil and sugar
- Mix well. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each addition.
- Add dry ingredients to wet mixture beating until smooth
- Add grated carrots and chopped walnuts.
- Blend well and turn into a well-greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3)
- Bake in a moderate oven (350 F) for 55-60 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack
