How to Make Carrot Bread
- 1Sift together flour,, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon
- 2Combine in separate mixing bowl, oil and sugar
- 3Mix well. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each addition.
- 4Add dry ingredients to wet mixture beating until smooth
- 5Add grated carrots and chopped walnuts.
- 6Blend well and turn into a well-greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3)
- 7Bake in a moderate oven (350 F) for 55-60 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack
