Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened or oleo
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon corn syrup, light
- 1/3 cup pecans or walnuts
- 3/4 cup 105*-115* warm water
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 2 1/2 cups master mix
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make caramel rolls use-ing master mix

Step 1melt butter ; add brown sugar , corn syrup.

Step 2bring syrup mixture to a rolling boil.

Step 3spread in a 8" round layer pan. add the nuts.

Step 4dissolve yeast in warm water.

Step 5mix in the master mix and beat vigorously.

Step 6turn dough onto surface well dusted with master mix.

Step 7knead until smooth , about 20 times

Step 8roll out into rectangle , 16" x 9 ' spread with butter , sugar , cinnamon .

Step 9roll up tightly beginning at wide side.

Step 10seal well by pinching edge of dough into roll.

Step 11slice into 10 slices. place in pan, cover with damp cloth.

Step 12let rise in warm place for about 1 hour . heat oven to 400* bake for 20-25 minutes .invert pan and serve warm rolls
