Ever One That Worked On The Ranch Plus All The Family And Friends And All The Kids,Seemed To Me Wanted Me To Make These Much To Often. So I Knew They Liked Them And I Mean Liked Them To Much, So I Thought You All Might Like To Have Me Post Them To.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened or oleo
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 teaspoon corn syrup, light
  • 1/3 cup pecans or walnuts
  • 3/4 cup 105*-115* warm water
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 2 1/2 cups master mix
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

How To Make caramel rolls use-ing master mix

  • Step 1
    melt butter ; add brown sugar , corn syrup.
  • Step 2
    bring syrup mixture to a rolling boil.
  • Step 3
    spread in a 8" round layer pan. add the nuts.
  • Step 4
    dissolve yeast in warm water.
  • Step 5
    mix in the master mix and beat vigorously.
  • Step 6
    turn dough onto surface well dusted with master mix.
  • Step 7
    knead until smooth , about 20 times
  • Step 8
    roll out into rectangle , 16" x 9 ' spread with butter , sugar , cinnamon .
  • Step 9
    roll up tightly beginning at wide side.
  • Step 10
    seal well by pinching edge of dough into roll.
  • Step 11
    slice into 10 slices. place in pan, cover with damp cloth.
  • Step 12
    let rise in warm place for about 1 hour . heat oven to 400* bake for 20-25 minutes .invert pan and serve warm rolls
