Ingredients

  • BREAD
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon each baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon each salt, and nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon each ground cloves and ground allspice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup international delight caramel macchiato creamer
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 15 ounces can pumpkin
  • FROSTING
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup caramel macchiato creamer

How To Make caramel macchiato pumpkin bread

  • Step 1
    Spray a bread pan with cooking spray. Mix the dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix the eggs, butter, sugar, creamer, and vanilla together. Stir in the pumpkin.
  • Step 2
    Fold the dry ingredients into the wet. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour the mixture in the bread pan and bake 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool
  • Step 3
    Mix the ingredients for icing together. adding more or less creamer to get desired consistency. Frost the cooled bread.
