This bread is so moist and delicious and it makes 2 loaves!! Keeps well in the freezer...

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 package instant butterscotch pudding mix (small)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 can 21 oz.. apple pie filling

    In a medium size mixing bowl; cream together butter,vanilla, b. sugar and pudding mix; add eggs one at a time mixing well with mixer...

    Add in flour and spices mix well. Fold in pie filling lastly... mix well.. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans; and bake at 350* for 55-60 minutes I check at about 45 min... Enjoy!!
