Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 pkg
    instant butterscotch pudding mix (small)
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 can(s)
    21 oz.. apple pie filling

How to Make Caramel Apple Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Dump apple pie filling into a bowl; a dice apples into smaller size pieces. set aside...
  2. In a medium size mixing bowl; cream together butter,vanilla, b. sugar and pudding mix; add eggs one at a time mixing well with mixer...
  3. Add in flour and spices mix well. Fold in pie filling lastly... mix well.. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans; and bake at 350* for 55-60 minutes I check at about 45 min... Enjoy!!
